Communities For Everyone:
Continental Ranch and Reserve: Located in northwest Tucson on the southern edge of Marana. Continental Ranch is the original portion of this master community. Continental Reserve is the newer part of the community. Here you will find schools, shopping, theaters, and restaurants all within proximity of this familiy oriented community that has a retirement community for expanded families wishing to be near each other.

Midvale Park: Located on the southwest side of Tucson this is a master development community with ovr 3,000 homes. Midvale Park is minutes from downtown Tucson, Tucson International Airport, Raytheon, Green Valley, shopping, movie theaters, and Old Tucson Studios, and more.

Rancho Del Lago: Located in Vail southeast of Tucson Metro, Rancho Del Lago is one of Tucson's newer communities. In the heart of this community is Rancho Del Lago golf course. On the northern end is a growing adult community.

Rancho Sahuarita: Located 20 minutesd south of Tucson in Sahuarita, Rancho Sahuarita is a newer master community with the a 10 acre man made lake for community sailing and fishing. The large community center houses an olympic size pool, water park, fitness room, teen center, and tennis courts. The Safari park is a fun attraction. Numerous parks dot several subdivisions. A new outdoor shopping mall enhances living.

Rita Ranch: Located southeast of Tucson, Rita Ranch is one of the more mature communities like Continental Ranch and Midvale Park with grade schools, shopping, and restauants. Minutes away from Davis Monthan Air Force Base, Raytheon's southeast facility, University of Arizona technology campus, and Vail.

Historical Communities:
Armory Park: Located near downtown Tucson, Armory Park is one of the oginal communities of Tucson. Touting victorian style homes, the only historical community with multi-unit living. This community supported many rail road workers, their supervisors, and merchants. On the northeast edge is Armory Del Sol, an old feel community with modern solar assistend homes.
El Encanto: Located east of downtown Tucson, El Encanto holds some beautiful historical homes. Most Tucsonans and visitors are unaware of this exclusie and private community. Some of the homes here date back to the early 1900's. All have large lots; some over an acre. Within 5 minutes of dowtown, malls, restaurants, and theaters.

Sam Hughes: Located on the eastern edge of the University of Arizona campus, Sam Hughes neighborhood has some of the most interesting historical homes in Tucson. One of the few areas in Tucson where many homes have basements. Homes here and in other designated historical communities taxes can be reduced to nearly half for meeting historical qualifications. As with other historical communites home prices here are higher than areas surrounding them.

Winterhaven: Located 5 minutes from downtown Tucson in Central Tucson, Winterhaven is the Chirstmas wonderland of all of Metro Tucson. Homeowners transform this community into a magical light show for children and adults alike every Christmas season. Most homes were built following WWII with modern amenities of the time, and hold character newer homes lack.
